I've completed my second Priscilla Bookmark (the first one was given away as a Christmas gift). This one is tatted in Lizbeth size 80 Rainbow Taffy, and I am keeping it for myself :)
Without the tassel, it works out to be 1.5 inches wide and 6 inches long, which fits well into a book.
I typically don't read much. Maybe this bookmark will get me to start.
I've posted a printable PDF of this pattern on my Free Patterns page. There has been a bug in Google Drive which blocks PDF files from being shared. It looks like it's fixed now, but just in case it's not, I have included two links to this pattern on my Free Patterns page. The bottom link will take you to the post about the bookmark, which contains a diagram for completing it.

Thank you for the pattern, your bookmarks are both beautiful!
So nice! I love the interlocking rings for the tail. Great idea
Very lovely, and so perfect, looks like if you do anything but size 80 it would be too big :)
The precision and neatness of your tatting always amazes me, as does the elegance of your patterns ! And to do this in size 80 thread - wow .
The bookmark is lovely and your tatting is so neat. Thank you for sharing this!
Thanks everyone :)
The interlocking split rings were a first for me. I think they would look really good with a Celtic style bookmark. They seem to clash a bit with the Priscilla Bookmark, but it's still good data for my experimentations.
Muskaan, size 80 is not so bad, you should try it! I would recommend DMC over Lizbeth as it slides much easier. Was having some fits with not being able to fully close my rings in this bookmark.
It's so beautiful!!!! :) And I would love to see the "tail" closer up, it looks amazing!! :)
Maybe I will get the chance to post a closer picture and link to instructions this weekend
